Seattle Grief Support Group | Community Gathering for All Grief
A free monthly gathering space for grievers to connect and reflect together. All grievers are welcome. All losses are respected.

About this Event

Grief Support Groups include:

  • Connecting with other grievers who have experienced similar or different types of loss
  • Connecting with local grief professionals
  • Structured and guided time for open sharing
  • Tapping into the mind-body connection of grief
  • Education and resources for working with grief or trauma
  • Exploring creative and narrative pathways to healing from loss such as: writing, music, movement, art & design, and storytelling
  • Commemorating living memories by Remembering, Sharing, and Expressing Sorrow, Joy, and Laughter
